Your central system is a
Marvair packaged cooling unit. For your
convenience, in addition to the
manufacturer's limited warranty, your
building manufacturer has purchased an
optional Silver Service one year
labour warranty from date of
installation. |
When service is
required, Crispaire Corporation should be called,
not your building manufacturer. Before calling
for service, see "Equipment User's
Responsibility" below:
EQUIPMENT
USER'S RESPONSIBILITY:
- To operate
the equipment according to the
manufacturer's instructions.
- To provide
easy accessibility for service.
- To check and
reset circuit breakers before calling for
service (circuit breakers may be in both
the main service panel and the lower
front panel of the Marvair unit).
- To keep the
unit clean and free of dirt.
- To replace
filters as required (filters are located
in the lower front panel of the Marvair
unit below the indoor blower section).
- To keep the
outdoor coil section clean and free of
leaves, paper, etc.
- To pay the
charges incurred when any of the above
have not been done.
- To pay for
repair or replacement of any material or
part other than those within the Marvair
unit or thermostat itself.
When service is
necessary, it will be performed during normal
working hours (8:00am to 5:00pm EST) and must be
performed by Crispaire Corporation personnel or
their designated Service Representative.
Should it be
necessary to call for service after checking the
above items, please have the following
information available. Service warranty can not
be honoured without this information:

- Date Warranty
